Image licensing

The photography on this site is the studio's own work, made across Salt Lake City. Here is what may be done with it, and how to license anything else.

   Who owns the photographs

   Every photograph and every frame of video on this site was made by JP Media Groups and remains its property. Copyright © 2026 JP Media Groups. All rights reserved.

2. 02

   What you may do without asking

   Nothing on this site is stock. The images are not released for reuse, redistribution, resale, or training of machine-learning models. Linking to a page that carries them is always fine.

3. 03

   What a client already has

   Clients hold the usage rights agreed in their own contract — normally their own marketing, menus, delivery apps and social channels. Those rights are set per project and are not affected by anything on this page.

4. 04

   Licensing anything else

   Press, publishers, brands and anyone who needs an image for a use that was not already agreed: write to the studio with the page it appears on and what it is for. Terms are quoted per use.
